How long to ship?

If you place an order before 1pm, your shipment will leave our warehouse the same day. Otherwise, it will be ready to ship within 24 hours.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number once we ship your item. You will receive the information via email. Our shipments are primarily handled by the Brazilian Post Office.

If your tracking link doesn't work, try entering the number manually on the shipping provider's website.

How much does shipping cost?

We have a fixed rate of R$14.90 for all of Brazil. If you make a purchase of R$300+ or ​​are from the state of Sergipe, shipping will be free.

Are the pieces limited?

We cannot provide exact numbers, but our stock is extremely limited and often sells out within hours. Once sold out, we rarely restock our items, meaning that once sold out, you never know if you will ever get the item you want again.

How good is the quality of the clothes?

Our quality is premium. Months of effort have gone into production, sourcing and adjustment, so that we can deliver the best quality to you.

How do I choose my size?

In general, our pieces have a loose or regular fit. For more information, visit our size guide. We provide a size chart for all products and always include the model's height and weight for your reference.

How do I take care of my pieces?

Our pieces are extremely high quality and handmade, we suggest that you carefully wash your clothes by hand at a temperature not exceeding 40 degrees, preferably 30 degrees.

Check the product information in advance and check the washing labels on the inside of your items.
