How long does it take to be shipped?
If you place an order before 1pm, your shipment will leave our warehouse the same day. Otherwise, it will be ready to ship within 24 hours.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number once we ship your product. You will receive the information by email. Our shipments are handled mainly with the Post Office.

If your tracking link doesn't work, try entering the number manually on the shipping provider's website.

How much does shipping cost?
We have a fixed rate of R$14.90 for all of Brazil. If you make a purchase of R$300+ or ​​are from the state of Sergipe, shipping will be free.

Are the pieces limited?
We can't provide exact numbers, but our stock is extremely limited and often sells out within hours. Once sold out, we rarely restock our items, meaning once sold out, you don't know if you'll have a chance to get the item you want again.

How good is the quality of the clothes?

Our quality is premium. Months of effort have gone into production, supply and fit, so we can offer the best quality for you.

We use 100% heavy 210g cotton fabric in our t-shirts. Therefore, our pieces are extremely aesthetic & premium.

How to choose my size?

How do I take care of my pieces?

Our pieces are extremely qualitative and handmade, we suggest that you carefully wash your garments by hand at a temperature not exceeding 40 degrees, preferably 30 degrees.

Consult the product information in advance and check the washing labels on the inside of your items.

How to manage returns?

Early access code, what is it?
The Early Access Code is a code you can use before a major release, to buy products before everyone else. If delivery is at 8pm, we generally distribute codes 30 minutes in advance.

How can I get an early access code?

We usually distribute codes to loyal fans via Instagram, Whatsapp and Email. If you want a code, show some love. If you're lucky, we'll give you one!

What is a Pre-sale?

During certain launches, there may be clothes available for Pre-Order, this means you will receive your items before everyone else if you have already placed your order.

Do we have a physical store?

At the moment our sales are made only through our ecommerce.

Do you care about sustainability?

All of our pieces that have cotton in their composition have the BCI (Better Cotton Initiative) seal, a seal that aims to reduce the impact of cotton production on the environment, improve subsistence and economic development in production areas, guarantee credibility and sustainability of national cotton.

To avoid unnecessary pollution, we manage our production routes as efficiently as possible.
