Exchange and Return Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
According to the Consumer Protection Code, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product. To exercise this right, the customer must contact our customer service within this period.
2. Product Exchange
First Exchange Free
We offer the first product exchange free of charge. To request an exchange, the customer must contact our customer service within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product.
Procedure for Exchanges
- Request: Please contact our customer service via email [contato@groovyclo.com] or telephone [79 9883-51418], informing the order number and the reason for the exchange.
- Product Shipping: After the request, we will send a postage code so that the customer can send the product back at no cost.
- Product Conditions: The product must be returned in its original packaging, without signs of use, with all labels intact and accompanied by all accessories and invoice.
- New Product Submission: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will ship the new product to the customer's address.
3. Returns due to Defects or Damage
If the product is defective or damaged, the customer has up to 30 (thirty) calendar days after receipt to request a return or exchange. The procedure is the same as that described in the exchanges section.
4. General Conditions
- Products returned without prior communication, outside the deadline or without accompanying items/accessories will be returned to the customer.
- We reserve the right not to accept returns if the product shows signs of improper use or accidental damage.
