1. Delivery Destinations

GroovyClo delivers throughout Brazil.

2. Delivery Methods and Partners

Our deliveries are made exclusively by Correios, using PAC and SEDEX services.

3. Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time is 8 to 10 business days, depending on the service selected and the recipient's location.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Fixed Rate: We use a fixed rate of R$15.00 for any region in Brazil.
  • Free Shipping: For purchases over R$300.00, shipping is free.

5. Order Processing

  • Orders are shipped the same day or the next morning after purchase confirmation.
  • We will send the tracking code via email and WhatsApp, along with personalized customer service to keep you informed about the status of your order.

6. Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking code and a link to track the delivery of your order.

7. Unfulfilled Delivery Policy

If delivery is not made due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient or other circumstances, we will adopt the following measures:

  • Incorrect Address: If the address provided is incorrect, we will contact you to correct and re-send the order, with the cost of re-sending being the customer's responsibility.
  • Absence of Recipient: The Post Office will make up to three delivery attempts. If all fail, the order will be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange reshipment or a refund, deducting the shipping costs.

8. Damaged or Lost Deliveries

  • Damaged: If the product is delivered damaged, please contact us immediately. We will offer a replacement product or a full refund.
  • Lost: If the order is lost during shipping, we will contact the Post Office for resolution. We guarantee the resend of the product or a full refund.

9. Change of Address

  • Before Dispatch: If the order has not yet been dispatched, we can change the delivery address.
  • After Dispatch: If the order has already been dispatched, it will not be possible to change the address.
